Thanks to CSS here's some interesting spoilers to report:

New Powers

It seems that Paige (Rose McGowan) will be inheriting a new power this season, although the writers aren't sure as to when this will happen or what her new ability would be. It is possible that her telekinetic powers would expand in such a way that she will be able to move objects by merely waving her hands, as Prue did. But, as the producers said, nothing is confirmed.

Regarding Phoebe's (Alyssa Milano) stripped powers, she will get them back and her empathic abilities will slightly be stronger and more powerful.

It is possible that Piper will get a new power, but the chances of that happening are very little, although rumours has it that she might obtain the ability of Molecular Restoration (the skill to restore objects she's exploded). *NOTE: The rumour about Piper inheriting Molecular Restoration is JUST a rumour. No one knows if this is true or not.

Paige Will Not Inherit Astral Projection (Don't even ask about this).


Episodes

Regarding the episodes this season, we can definitely expect the appearances of a few magical creatures, as well as a few new demonic powers/abilities. As to what kind of demons/troubles await the Charmed Ones, nothing is confirmed. We can, however, expect a darker season.

The current title for the two-hour season premiere is "Baby's Hour", but the title may change when the filming starts.

The Cast


Everyone from last season will be returning, with the exception of Drew Fuller, who played Chris. Holly Marie Combs, Alyssa Milano, Rose McGowan, Brian Krause, and Dorian Gregory have already signed their contracts for this season.

Although a lot of you have been hoping that Shannen (who played Prue Halliwell) will be coming back for an episode or two, I'm sorry to say that TheWB has contacted CSS and has confirmed that Shannen WILL NOT be returning any time soon.

Also, Nick Lachey will be guest starring in six episodes next season. see previous post from July 2^nd.

*NOTE: It is still unsure whether Dorian Gregory will be returning for the new season or not. CSS is still waiting for confirmation from TheWB and Aaron Spelling Television.

Demons / Warlocks / etc.

A few powerful demons can be expected in some episodes, as well as appearances of new evil beings. There is a rumour that a she-demon called a Seductress will try to lure Leo (Brian Krause) away from Piper.

*NOTE: Because the plot line for the Seductress is very similar to the Siren in Season 5 (Siren's Song), it has been confirmed that there will be NO Seductress appearing this season.

Relationships


One of the Charmed Ones is set to have a stable relationship with a new character, but the writers are still making a plot line and apparently, it might not take place until halfway through the season.

Regarding Piper and Leo's uncertain relationship, TheWB has confirmed that they will soon get back together since Piper has a new baby now.

Baby Chris / Wyatt

There will be many fights going on with Piper's two babies. This leads one to believe that Chris might be the reason Wyatt goes evil.

Phoebe: Pregnant??


It is still uncertain if Phoebe will be pregnant this season. More information regarding the matter will be posted as soon as it's gotten. It is confirmed, however, that the whole season will be centered around Phoebe trying to find the father of her future child.

Rose McGowan Gets An Offer

Rose was asked to be a producer of Charmed this season, although she hasn't accepted nor rejected the offer. I realize that this was posted earlier.

New Character

There will be a new cast member this season, who might possibly play Phoebe's new love interest (and might even be the father of the baby she foresaw in a premonition).

Episodes

An enraged Leo wants to kill Barbas because he helped Gideon. Barbas tries to have Leo think that all good guys aren't who they seem to be, including an Elder named Zola. The latter goes to the manor to warn the girls that Leo just tried to kill him. He tells the girls that if Leo's obsession of wanting Barbas to pay isn't stopped, the Elders will have to take care of Leo themselves and have him restart the circle of life. Piper, Leo, baby Chris, and Phoebe attend a wedding. Barbas enrolls other demons to help him go after the baby, so Leo wants revenge once again and makes a fatal mistake leaving the Charmed Ones without protection. Paige learns that Magic School is closing. Inspector Sheridan and Darryl, Elise and Wyatt also appear.

The Power of Three

The Power of Three will slowly fade, mainly because Piper is busy with Wyatt and Chris, thus neglecting her powers and weakening them. Phoebe will be working hard, and at the same time trying to find the father of her baby. Although Paige gets more involved with magic, she will soon find a decent job and won't have much time for vanquishing demons anymore.

*NOTE: In the first few episodes, the Charmed Ones will be stronger than ever. As the season continues, their powers will slowly weaken, making them more vulnerable to demons/warlocks/etc.

Episode : A Call To Arms
"A Call To Arms" from what is said, they (writers, producers) are still thinking of making it a two part episode, but they may decided to break that tradition this season. The episode takes place about two weeks from where S6 left off it is not too far in the future because Piper's baby (Chris) doesn't seem much older than when he was shown on the season finale. The episode rotates around last season's Leo decision to vanquish Gideon in a very angry almost evil way. This season premiere picks up with the same plot, only this time Leo is after Barbus for counseling Gideon to do all this evil to his family, and for being the one who cost Phoebe her powers. Leo then goes on very similiar "Piper killing spree in the season four episode "Hell Hath No Fury" and tries vanquishing everything and anything that does not respond as to Barbus' whereabouts. Barbus then uses his powers on Leo to make Leo believe that innocents, whitelighter, and even Elders are evil and are just trying to get to him and his family (similar to the power that Barbus used on Phoebe and Paige in the episode "House of Fear" a.k.a. "Sympathy For The Demon"), The Elders seeing this as a threat to all, decided to give Leo an ultimatum, he either stops the spree towards Barbus and lets the greater good take care of Barbus or they restart his entire life from when he was a child and also the lives of the girls, the two children, and anyone who was related to The Charmed Ones in anyway, including all innocents and basically the world. Hearing of this news through a Seer type demon, he starts creating factions to attack Leo and Halliwell Sisters when they least expect it , Leo then hears of this, and goes after Barbus leaving The Sisters rendered to all of Barbus' attacks and the attacks of all those demons. Due to the sudden death of Gideon, the Elders have place a charge against Leo and they have even petitioned to close Magic School because there may still be others like Gideon in the school, this is where Paige jumps in, and possibly where she gets her job as a teacher. This promises to be a great season premiere and can be possibly be compared to the hits of such great episodes such as "Charmed Again Pt 1 & 2" , "Charmed and Dangerous" "Long Live the Queen" and "All Hell Breaks Loose" expect a great season premiere.

sorry I haven't been back to give you guys the 411 on the Carson Daly deal, but, as I'm sure most of you know. The site that started this was just trying to see what sites gave *them* the credit and what sites didn't. I guess I faied because I gave reuters credit as that's what they claimed their source was.

I for one thought it was a poory and sh*tty way to test people and I hope they learn their lesson why they get less traffic now for that little fib and realize that their site has just become 50% less reliable as a lot of people are pretty upset with them.

Charmed will not be a 2 hour season opener. The producers requested this and so did the girls as it was too exhausting.

The Sunday night line-up with FRESH "Steve Harvey's BIG Time", "Charmed", & the new "Jack and Bobby" will begin it's season the earliest this year on September 12, 2004. The following Sunday night will be the Emmy's however that hasn't seemed to scare the WB away from this because they stated that none of the shows would be pre-empted that night (September 19, 2004) which means we'll be getting all new episodes the week after too.

SS sent me a PM asking me if I had heard about the season seven premiere being on the 12^th instead of the 26^th and I told her at the time I was unaware of a change, but since then I've been doing some investigating and found out yes indeed the season premiere has been changed from a tentative date of September 26^th to an official date of September 12^th. Thanks for the heads up SS!

According to Finola Hughes' official website she will be appearing in two episodes in the seventh season sometime this fall. See more info about Finola in her topic in the "Charming People" section. (I know most of you know this, but for those of you who do not, Finola plays the reoccuring role of The Charmed Ones' Mom).
