I belive it was the episode with Jeremy. Phoebe saw him coming to get them with the rose throns sticking out.... I can't remember the name of the episode though..sorry

The episode was "Something Wicca This Way Comes" from season one... she was riding her bike down the street and All of a sudden she has a premonition. In it she sees two boys on rollerblades and they skate right in front of a car which hits them. The premonition finishes. Phoebe continues riding and then sees the car and the two boys. (Phoebe incidentally was the last sister to first use her "new" powers. Prue was first, then Piper, and then finally Phoebe).

well actually kit, thats wrong, but nevermind.....you want me to give you the real answer? yes CP4 I would, that's the first time Phoebe used her premonition powers unless you mean reading from the BOS releasing their powers from the same episode. Or do you mean from when Patty was pregnant with her and gave patty the premonition of the girls taking the little ones from the manor.... if that's what you mean, I would still be right because Phoebe wasn't born yet and Patty had the premonition because of being pregnant with her in "That 70's Episode". |

yes that is what i meant, but i still consider it her premonition b/c patty wouldn't have had it if not pregnant with phoebe and so it was technically phoebe's premonition....i guess it all depends on how you think about it....but yea we'll go on with your question. though i have no clue upon the answer!
