Hey hot, how would I be able to get the money to her? Amanda ~ Katie's brother Kenny put her address in her topic for all of us to write her or send a card.... I guess that address would work to send $ to her as well. I'm not a big advocate for soliciting $ for people, but since everyone here knows Katie through this board, I felt I could make an exception for this reason for her. |

Sorry....Amanda I didn't see your post.....It has been a hecktive week... Yeah you can do it thur her address in her thread. I feel bad for asking people for money, but I think it is cool that her family is doing this, and they feel bad too. Kit, I am sooooo sorry for using your page to  ask for money. I fell really bad about it. I just think it's a good Idea and I didn't know what else to do .Hopefully this will never happen again, but if it does I will ask you first ok? Love ya..... |

okay i posted this in my thread but for those who don't get there i wanted to post it here too......its not a joke so i didn;'t want to post it there, but i did get it in email if you've read it....well enjoy it again...if not....don't cry if you can help it....
A girl and guy were speeding over 100 mph on the road...

(In the paper the next day):
A motorcycle had crashed into a building because of break failure. 2 people were on it, but only 1 survived. The truth was that halfway down the road, the guy realized that his breaks broke, but he didn't want to let the girl know. Instead, he had her say she loved him & felt her hug 1 last time, then had her wear his helmet so that she would live even though it meant that he would die.

Wow, CP4. That sent chills up my spine.
**I wanted everone to know that I started a new poll in the group discussions area. It is a pre-election poll, so if you want to you can vote on who you think should be our new president. I thought it was a good idea, since last election day, I was too young to vote, and frustrated that I couldn't voice my opinion. I felt this would be a good idea for those who are too young to vote, or for those who feel very strongly about their political opinions. The name of the poll is "Election 2004." I'm not saying you have to vote. I just wanted everyone to kow they have this option now. Thanks for everyone's loving support, and I love you all.

Thanks for explaining it to me Katie, I at first wasn't sure what you meant, but it makes perfect sense now. I think it's an exceptional idea for those who are just under the legal age limit to vote in this year's presidential election to be able to have a voice here to speak about their concerns. I think maybe us older folks are unaware of the younger generations concerns and worries, and I think the perspective that we can recieve from others would be invaluable. Thanks again for the idea Katie!
