Hey Guys,
Me and Kit have been talking about Roll Playing Games. We thought of starting one for the Harry Potter section but then decided that that might not work so we came up with the idea of having one for Charmed.
What we need from you guys is to tell us whether you think that might sound fun and if it is something that most of you want we will set it up.

To tell you the truth Zen, I've never played one before and wouldn't even know where to begin... it just seemed like a popular thing at many boards and thought what the heck, let's have yet another game.... but I tell ya, you guys are gonna have to definitely  me learn how to do this thing, I'm totally "clueless".  |

well it really depends on the format you choose to use, or just the format that develops as you go because in most cases thats how it ends up. for the most part we're all writing a story together. i was in a few rpg's that weren't so much baised around something popular, we just made up characters and went with it. the format used there was like this...if i were making a post: Me: ((waves to everyone, as she enters the room)) Hey guys what's goin on? Kit: ((smiles)) Not a whole lot, we were just deciding on what to get for lunch. Me: I'm always up for pizza. Amanda: Great minds do think alike! And so on....baisically....we would speak for each other, within reason, but mostly revolve the convo around our own char. and the post would be anywhere from 1-10 or so lines....however much we felt fit.....we liked it better then all posting one line each....but there also are rpg's where everyone does just post for their char as in: Me: ((walks into room and waves)) Hey guys, whats up?! And that would be that. Its all in how we chose to make it and then progress with it...also you can use whatever typing format you want like i use (( )) for actions but you could also use * * or " " or < > whatever you want really. It also helps to set rules like....no cussing, keeping it a certain rating, keeping in the plot for the most part (i.e. not having all the chars be maybe...in the middle of fighting demons then the next poster has them siting at home without any explanation as to what happened or anything..... It can be a lot of fun once you get into it and as i said, the way its done will just work itself out once we give it a little push.....I am really excited about this, I think it'll be so much fun...if you guys have anymore questions i will be more then happy to answer them as ffar as i can...i am no rpg-einstien but i know a lil...  |

yep, though i think it should be governed somewhat seeing as how everyone will probably all want the same char. personally i want paige she's my fav these days (if ya can't tell by reading my fafic)....but as i said, there should be order to us decideding who's who. |
