LOVE HURTS

Paige walked downstairs and into the kitchen of the Halliwell manor were she found her sister Piper and her husband Leo talking at the kitchen table. “Good morning can’t stop to talk must dash lots to do People to see’ said Paige grabbing the bagel Leo was reaching for “ thanks bye” said Paige stuffing the bagel in to her mouth and running out of the kitchen and out the door. “Well there goes my idea” said Leo playfully looking upset that he did not get the last of Piper’s bagels “and what would that be” asked Piper looking into Leo’s eyes, “ I was going to feed it to my lovely wife here but it seems I can’t” said Leo grabbing Piper’s hands off the table. Piper leaned over the table and kissed Leo “aw isn’t that cute” said Phoebe rushing into the kitchen. “If your looking for a bagel there are none left” said Piper glaring at her sister she did not liked being called cute by any one not even Leo. “Leo couldn’t you leave one for me” whined Phoebe as she walked towards the table “it was Paige not Leo” said Piper standing up to clear the table “oh sure it was blame it on the youngest why don’t ya…well I gotta go meeting some one for brunch see ya” said Phoebe, as she walked through the sun room she saw Wyatt watching TV ‘ bye bye Wyatt’ she said as she passed him and walked out the front door.

“You kno we have to stop meeting like this or some one may think we like each other” said Paige to her friend Chase “ I don’t care I love you Paige marry me” he replied “it not as easy as that Chase I cant run off and do those silly games like before I have sisters now you kno that and no they cant live with out me for a while I have family commitments that I have to keep” Said Paige. “ So I don’t care about all that run away with me so we can be free not having to worry about any little thing we can go some were we wont have to worry about being caught by little kids and their families’ said Chase. “Umm did I forget to mention I’m an aunt I cant leave my nephew or my sisters Chase I have a life and this is it now if u don’t mind could you please move out of the way I have other things to do other than stand in a shopping center arguing with you’ said Paige walking away. “I’ll make you love me Paige you wait and see I’ll find a way I always have’ cried Chase. Paige stopped dead and turned around walking up to Chase pulling him away from the crowd “listen closely if you lay a single finger on any of my family I will get you any of my family adoptive or birth if you so much as speak to them the wrong way I will hunt you down and kill you got me stay out of my life you and I belong in the past and that’s were it will stay got it” said Paige getting angry.

Phoebe sat down and took a bite of the salad she had ordered she was waiting for someone, someone she knew Piper would be upset with if she found out that some one happened to be Dan Piper’s ex-boyfriend. There he is oh he looks cuter then what he did then thought phoebe. “Hi Dan nice to se you again how longs it been 4-5 years since you left town because piper chose Leo over you” said Phoebe standing up to greet him “nice to see some things don’t change Phoebe but I thought you were with that guy Cole last I heard you two were getting married” said Dan, looking into Phoebes eyes “yes well we did then he died of well natural causes and I had to move on it was never going to work any way we were to different we just almost never saw eye to eye” replied phoebe with a shrug. “So what are you going to order I ordered this salad while I was waiting” asked Phoebe “hmm lets see then the I don’t want to eat I just want to tlk looks good” said Dan trying not very hard to try to hide what he ment. “Well I’ll pay for this and well go sit in the park for a while shall we” said Phoebe.

Piper walked up stairs with Wyatt in her arms “ well little man its time for your nap then we can be up in time for aunty Paige to spoil you with games and toys” said Piper to Wyatt. As she put him down to sleep she felt some one behind her she wiped around with her hands out to see Leo “don’t do that you know it scares the crap out of me “ said piper punching Leo “ sorry I did not mean to scare you see if this make you any better” said Leo and with that he took her into his arms and gave her a big hug and a kiss on the head” better?” “much”. “What are we going to have for lunch” asked Leo once they were down stairs “I was thinking of just doing a quick salad with some garlic bread” said Piper


Paige drove along in her car thinking about what Chase had said could he have ment it in the way she thought he had or was she over reacting to some thing silly but it did not matter now what’s done. She pulled up at the traffic lights waiting for them to change and there he was again standing at the lights holding some cardboard then when he started to cross he help it up Paige could not make out what it said luv ee paig what dose that mean she thought then it hit her it said “luv me Paige” Chase had never been a good speller she sat there trying not to go red in the face the lights changed and she drove off when will he stop she thought I have already told him no come to think of it how did he know which set of lights she would be at there were thousands were they lived.

Phoebe and Dan walked through the park and sat down on Phoebe’s favorite bench she sat there when she needed to think or when she was with her sisters. “ This is a lovely spot Phoebe its so peace full and quiet to think its in the middle of a busy city is quite hard” said Dan. Phoebe looked at the time “Oh no I’m ment to at work now I’m sorry Dan I’m going to have to leave you here same time tomorrow?” said Phoebe getting up “ yeah sure would not want you late for work now would we” replied Dan “ see you then” said phoebe as she walked away.

Paige hoped out of her car and walked across the street to her favorite café and there he was sitting in her favorite spot with her favorite drink sitting in front of him, this is getting beyond a joke what’s he doing here? Thought Paige. She turned around and headed back to her car, once she got in she phoned Piper “hello Piper you know how I said I kept bumping into Chase an old friend the other day well its happened again today except I see him in the shops then I see him half way across town and then again in my fav café in my fav seat and with my drink this is getting beyond freaky” said Paige. “Meet me at P3 I have some work to do there and we can talk there” said Piper “ok see you there im like 10 minutes away so I will probably beat you there” replied Paige. She started the car up and drove out of the car park on her way to P3.

“Leo sorry something’s come up I have to go make your own lunch I’m going down to P3 I’ll see you later” said Piper walking out the door, she did not like the tone of her little sisters voice although she had not known her as long as phoebe she could still tell when Paige was scared or angry with some one. As she hoped in the car she wondered what an earth was the smell coming from it, it smelt weird and not wanting to be caught by anything she got out and went in to get Leo to see what he thought. “Leo can you come here for a minute bring Wyatt with you” said Piper sticking her head in the door “ok I’ll be right out” replied Leo. Walking into the lounge room he wondered what Piper wanted she sounded calm but then again that was Piper the calm before the storm. “yeah what is it?” asked Leo getting to the front door with Wyatt in his arms, “ come and smell my car its weird not like it should be and I kno it sound weird that why I came back” replied Piper “ok here take Wyatt” said Leo. He poked his head in to the car there was a distinct smell in the car not like on he had smelt before but then again it seemed to be coming from the back of the car. Leo walked around and opened the boot of the car up and there sitting in the hot sun was Wyatt’s diaper bag Leo picked it and took a whiff whew it stuck “ I think I found the problem we forgot to take this out and it stunk out the car lets see if you think this is what is was” said Leo holding the bag up to Piper. “ Ew that’s it what would I do with out you?” asked Piper laughing “ not go anywhere” Leo replied.

Paige arrived at p3 and found Chase to be out side it “ Chase what are you? how did you? Why are you following me?” asked Paige “ because you have not given me the right answer to my question” said Chase “ I did give you the right answer and it is not I have a life and if you don’t mind I have to meet my sister inside” said Paige. “ No you don’t you have to stay out side with me” said Chase and he pushed her against the wall
“HEY GET OFF HER” yelled Piper at the strange guy this must be Chase thought Piper. “ Leave her alone now” said Piper coming closer to were they were standing “ who are you move along now lady nothing to see here and why would you care anyway?” asked Chase. “ I care because that’s my little sister your holding against the wall and if you don’t watch it you have me to deal with and you don’t want that to happen trust me I can go from 0 to bitch in .3 seconds” said Piper “ yeah and im the fairy god mother lady you don’t even look alike” replied Chase. “ Chase that is my sister my eldest sister and down the street there is my older sister if Piper turns around and yells Phoebe will run up here then you will have two big sisters to deal with and trust me you don’t want that to happen” Said Paige.

Phoebe was walking down to p3 when she saw her sisters standing there with a guy and thought it was a friend of Paige’s or new staff member so she ran up to meet them how was she wrong. “ Let her go creep” said Phoebe looking at Chase with total disgust” now you’ve done it chase you have both my sisters on to you and seeing im the youngest they are very protective of me I would hate to be you in a few minutes” said Paige. “Really” said Chase he let go of Paige and through a fire ball at phoebe only just missing here “ oh and on other thing I forgot to say im a deamon” said Chase “ well I forgot to tell you some thing as well ever heard of the Power of Three your looking at them Chase and hurt one of them I hurt you… hurt me and you have my whole family on you alive and dead!” said Paige. At this time Piper flicked her wrists and blew Chase up they stood there for a minute and waited for him to come back but he did not they had gotten rid of him. “ I would love to stay and chat you know I would but I’m late for getting back to work as it is Elias is already going to kill me for being late from lunch as it is now I’m twice as late I may as well not go back. I kno I’ll call and say a family emergency has come up and I’m needed at home and I will finished what I was doing tomorrow. As they got in inside Phoebe had a confused look on her face “ ok who was that” “ that was on old friend of mine we went out for about a year and a half I broke it of with him. About a month before I meet you guys I hadn’t seen him up until 2 weeks ago’ said Paige. “ Well I think he has either a new life now to or you were dating a deamon before you knew about them” said Phoebe laughing at the thought of Paige dating a deamon before she knew about her special abilities, “well I for one am glad that he is gone if he pinned you to that wall any longer he would have known it” said Piper cleaning one of the glasses behind the bar “ always the overprotective sister hey Piper “ said Phoebe. As she had hoped of the phone with Elias “ well she’s not happy with me but she said that if it is a must then I can but if I’m just not coming back for the sake of it she’s gonna kill me tomorrow” “well looks like she gonna kill you tomorrow hey Pheebs, Paige could you duck home and pick up Wyatt for me Leo has to go out later I just remembered and he’s gonna kill me if he misses it. Don’t ask what it is thought would not have a clue” “ sure Piper be right bac” with that Paige orbed home. “ Hey Leo you here I’ve come to get Wyatt” said Paige walking around the house looking for her brother-in-law. The out of no were Chase appeared “ I thought we got rid of you don’t tell me you’ve done something to Leo and Wyatt or I’ll kill you hear me” “ your going to have to try harder then that to get rid of me and looks like your going to kill me look” said Chase and with a wipe of his had a picture cam into view Leo and Wyatt were hanging off the edge of a cliff, Paige screamed “YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS CHASE NOT ONLY HAVE YOU PISSED ME OFF AND DONE WHAT I TOLD YOU NOT TO DO BUT PIPER’S NOT GOING TO BE HAPPY EVER HEARD OF DON’T PISS OF THE MOTHER” “ you wont get me” and with that he was gone. Paige stood there looking at the picture of Leo trying to heave himself and Wyatt up on top of the cliff.

Mean while over at P3 Phoebe knew she had better tell Piper who she had meet for brunch “ umm Piper you know that person I meet for brunch that was Dan as in your ex Dan” “ really good for you Pheebs you don’t have to tell me if you don’t want to ok I went out with the guy so what I’m married now I have a child I’m happy I’m in the place I want to be ok” “ ok I thought I would tell you that’s all what is taking Paige so long?”. Piper looked at the clock it had been over an hour since Paige had gone to get Wyatt “something’s wrong I can feel it” just then Paige orbed in with a huge gash above her eye her clothes torn ,Wyatt all coved in dirt and crying and Leo was laying on the floor with a gash right down his left leg, Piper and Phoebe ran over to them, “ what happened?” said Phoebe taking Wyatt “ Chase not gone…took Wyatt and Leo hung over cliff…went to rescue them” then they all looked at Leo “ Leo are you ok “ asked Piper “ yeah I’m fine just this cut on my leg its Paige I’m worried about” they looked around for Paige. Then saw her laying on the floor “ PAIGE” Piper and Phoebe ran over to their sister “ what happened to her why does she look worse of then you two” asked Phoebe “ she took quite a beating to get to us I told her to go get you to but she would not have a bar of it” Said Leo. Pulling him self up and dragged him self over toward them “ I have to heal her move out of the way” the sisters moved watching closely as Leo healed Paige “what why am I on the floor” asked Paige. Piper and Phoebe laughed “ you passed out now I don’t mean to sound rude but seeing I cant heal my self could you please do the healing of my leg” “sure”.

That night Dan drove down the road that he used to live on it had been a while since he had been here with Jenny but it felt normal then he came to the Halliwell Manor. He stopped and hoped out he walked up the stairs and knocked on the door it was immediately flung open, and there was Paige standing there with a pillow above her head. “ hello may I help you” said Paige. As she through it there was a hey no fair from Leo in the background. “ umm I must have the wrong house im looking for the Halliwell’s “ said Dan turning to leave “ no you have the right house I’m Paige, Piper and Phoebe’s younger sister well half but any way come in” said Paige. Then she got hit with a pillow in the face, Dan heard Piper laughing in the background as he walked in he was hit in the side of the head with a cushion he looked to see who though it. Phoebe was standing there with her had over her mouth while Piper, Leo and Paige were trying but not very hard to laugh. “Sorry Dan” said Phoebe running up to him “ hey that’s ok he picked the cushion up and held it out to her when she got closer he held it up and she ran face first in to it . This time Piper, Leo and Paige burst out laughing, Wyatt was there clapping his hands and smiling happily. “ Come outside away form this lot” said Phoebe grabbing Dan’s hand one and running out the door “ ok now its safe the only thing is you’ll have to make do with prying eyes” “ huh” Phoebe pointed to the window were Piper and Paige were looking out when they saw Phoebe looking they dropped the curtain. Then came the sound of laughter from inside the house, “ ok don’t worry about them they’re sisters we all do, If Piper and Leo are out here its Paige and I if Paige and some one are out here its Piper and I” “well I came over to say I really enjoyed meeting you the today and wanted to know if you would like to go to dinner” “ I would like that very much when” “ now” “ what I’m not even dressed properly” “that’s ok I’m sorry to say that seeing I have just moved back I didn’t have enough to go to a restaurant so I thought I would bring it to you its all in my car if you would like to come to the park and eat dinner with me that is” “sounds great I’ll just tell Piper I wont be here for dinner”. Phoebe ran up the steps and poked her head through the door “ Piper I’m going out wont be home for dinner” and she ran out again and meet Dan at the car. “Madam your carriage awaits” “you goof” they hopped in and drove away.

“How sweet…Ok Piper what’s for dinner I’m starved” “ sorry Paige we no more fun time till we get rid of this friend of yours Book of Shadows now” “ but…I’m …Leo stop her” “ sorry Paige she’s right we have to get rid of him first”. “ I shoulda known better then to get an agreement from you…ok what about Wyatt’s dinner he has to go to bed soon” “ I’ll do that both you girls go up and find out what you can on this guy” “ no I’ll do it I don’t mind” “ nice try Paige” “ dam ok the lead the way”. “ I wasn’t born yesterday you go first don’t you think Phoebe and Prue haven’t tried that on me before” “ dam I’ll get you Phoebe” they walked up the stairs with Paige trying every thing to get back down to get something to eat. “ Honestly Paige anyone would think you’re a child with all your trying to do” “ but I’m hungry Piper” “ fine we find out what this guy can do and who he really is then we go down get some thing to eat and wait for Phoebe ok” “great I know who Chase is he is a guy who’s been turned into a deamon because when I first moved in I look to see if any of my friend’s were” “ why” “ what do you think I was going to do play around with my powers no thanks that had gotten me in to enough trouble as it was” “ok well we had better just check ok its been two years since you have moved in a lot could have change like an exchange of money for power”.

After looking thought the book Piper cam across a deamon that fitted Paige’s friend to a “t”. “ umm Paige sweetie did you read the fine print on the lust deamon?” “ no why?” “because it says here that his mortal name is Chase because he chases the women he lusts after till they fall in love with him and when they marry he kills them”, “ok I did not see that scary to think I went out with the guy for a year” “ you did when” just before I meet you and Phoebe then after I meet you I broke it off cause I hardly ever saw him” “ well I’m glad you meet us went you did. It says here if you went out any longer he would have asked you to marry him and you would have probably said yes” “ the scary thing is at that time I probably would have”. “ He is more then likely after you because you did not go according to his plan so now he is trying to get to you but seeing you have us he cant get through” “ ok we know who is now can we have dinner ” “ yes it says here we have to have a power of three spell. Amazingly enough it says a spell to get ride of a deamon so we can use one of our old ones”. “ finally “ Paige ran out of the attic and down the stairs and into the kitchen, were she stopped and laughed Leo was having a hard time trying to feed Wyatt he had more of it on him then in Wyatt’s mouth “ here I’ll show you” said Paige. She took the spoon dipped into the baby food and made an airplane noise to Wyatt’s mouth were he open he mouth and ate the food” “ ok I should have listen to you the first time and what are you doing down here?” “ finished needs PO3 spell…starving”. “Ok there is a lasagna in the oven its cooking so just wait a while ok”.

Phoebe was laying on the rug with her head on Dan’s stomach “ that was beautiful thank you” “ beautiful food for a beautiful lady” Phoebe rolled over and looked up at Dan “ and I’m guessing a gorgeous night for a gorgeous man” “ thank you I better get you home or your sister will wonder were you are” “ do we have to I have had so much fun just sitting here with you they wont mind” “ I think they will seeing they have called your cell four times” “oh that’s just Piper being a worry wart”. Just then her cell rang for the fifth time “you had better answer it” “ok…hello yes Paige…a what…ok I’ll be home soon…what are you eating…oh pig…haha…ok then bye” Phoebe hung up and had a sad look on her face. “ What’s wrong just something at home and not being able to spend time with you”
“ok we had better pack up and get you home” they packed up in silence and drove home in silence when they pulled up in front of the Halliwell Manor Dan turned the car off and got out of his door and walked around, and opened Phoebe’s they walked up the drive hand in hand they stood on the door step “ I had a great night” “ so did I”.
Piper was looking out the window as soon as her sister kissed Dan she nodded at Paige who opened the door “ hello you two lovely night was it” Phoebe looked up at her younger sister ‘ how did you…was Piper looking out the window…PIPER” from the sun room Piper started to laugh then Paige joined in. “ We caught you being mushy” she said before she ran away so her sister could not slap her “ I have to go now” said Phoebe looking into Dan’s eyes “ I know I’ll be thinking of you” “ me to” before he walked away he kissed on her on the top of the head.
Phoebe walked inside “ I cant believe you two I would never do that to you” “ really what about Valentines day two years ago you walked in on Leo and I in the kitchen you said the same thing as Paige”. “ Ok I admit yes I did it to you, but Paige I did nothing to you” “I know but when Piper is holding your dinner away from you and your starving hungry you go along with it just to get food”. “ Ok now you two we have some serious things to do first like getting rid of Chase the only thing is how two get him here” “ I know how” Paige started to think of all the annoying things he did and how made he made her “ well I see my love was thinking of me but what you were thinking was not very nice my love” “ it was only to get you here” “ really so you have change your mind” “ no”. “ Well I’ll be going now” “ how can you your trapped” what Chase hadn’t relised while he was talking to Paige, Piper and Phoebe had placed the crystals around him so he could not get away. “ Dam you Paige I love you and this is what you do to me” “ you don’t love me at first you just wanted me for you ghoulish plan then when you found out I’m a witch you thought bonus a Charmed One even better well I’m sorry Chase but you have chosen the wrong witch because now we are going are going to vanquish your sorry ass”.
“ Evil winds that blow, from which forms below, no longer may you dwell death that’s you with this spell” said all three sisters “ AGAIN LOUDER” yelled Piper over the wind “EVIL WINDS THAT BLOW, FROM WHICH FORMS BELOW, NO LONGER MAY YOU DEWLL, DEATH THAT’S YOU WITH THIS SPELL” as they finished the spell chase put his head back and screamed then he blew up with gunk flying every.
Leo walked out with a sleeping Wyatt in his arm “ well I’m guessing you got rid of him then” “ yeah if you don’t mind I’m going to have a shower” said Paige running up the stairs before her sisters could protest, “ I’ll take this little one to bed” said Leo he walked up the stairs heading to heading up to Wyatt’s room. “Well that was messy” “your telling me’ shall we” “lets” “cause this scene here to be unseen” as Leo was walking down the stairs all the mess and goo vanished.

Paige was sitting in her room looking through on of her photo albums and came across the photo she was looking for it was of her and Chase she took it out and ripped it up “I told you I would get you if you hurt my family didn’t I Chase but did you listen no of course not”. “ PAIGE YOU OUT OF THE SHOWER” yelled Phoebe “ YEAH I’M OUT” yelled Paige as she finished she heard Phoebe running up the stairs she poked her head in “what’s that” she asked. Pointing to the ripped up picture of Chase “ a photo of Chase and I. I told him to touch my family or he would but did he listen” “ no” said both girls they laughed then Phoebe went for her shower. Paige walked down stairs with the ripped up picture of Chase “ what’s that” asked Piper as Paige through it in the bin “ take a guess” “ picture of Chase” “yep” “ sorry Paige but we’re going upstairs now”
said Piper taking Leo’s hand “ I only came down to put that in the bin” they walked up stairs and went to bed after a hard day like that they all needed it.

Phoebe woke up to the sound of her cell ringing she went to answer it and found it was not her cell “ hello?” “ hey gorgeous want to have brekky and switch phones I switched them so I could see you today” said Dan “ were are you?” “ look out the window” she looked out the window in the back yard were her sisters Leo, Wyatt and Dan waving at her “ok I’ll be down in a minute” se looked at the time as she got dressed. Nine am wow
I don’t normally get up this late do I she thought once she was dressed she walked down stairs and in to the backyard. “When did you get here?” “ about eight thirty this morning” “yes it was a nice surprise cooked all this himself “ said Piper showing Phoebe the table full with food “ why didn’t you wake me” “ your looked to peace full” “ you were watching me?” yes aren’t boyfriends aloud to do that any more” “ yes I guess but we only went out yesterday for the first time”. “I know but why waste time with all the funny little stuff” he pulled Phoebe into a hug. She looked around Piper and Leo were sitting there eating off each others plates and Paige was sitting on the ground playing with Wyatt, life could not get any better well yes it could they could stop getting attack by deamons but that was not going to happen for a long time. Phoebe sat down talking to Piper while she ate and laughing at the silly things Paige was doing. This is what family is being able to sit down and have a nice meal together with out any interruptions.

Missing Home
Phoebe Halliwell was sitting in the Kitchen of the Apartment she lived in with her boyfriend, they had decide to move out of the Halliwell Manor when Piper announced that she was pregnant. The Manor was already small enough with the three sisters, Leo, Dan and Wyatt Pipers first child, with another one on the way it was just getting to small for them all to live there. So in order to make room for the new baby Phoebe moved to Dan’s Apartment ten minutes away, although it was not the best thing for their Charmed duties it was the best thing for the family. “ Good morning gorgeous” “ morning what have you got today” “ well first I have a meeting with the boss and then I have lunch with this beautiful lady and then I have dinner at the Halliwell Manor. How about you?” “ what beautiful lady…oh me haha….I have to baby-sit my nephew while my sisters are out at work then I have lunch with a hansom man then….oh no I have two things for dinner at the same time but different places and different people.” “ how did you mange that?” “ I forgot about dinner at the Manor and said I would go to dinner with an old friend who’s in town for tonight only…what am I going to do if I don’t go to the Manor Piper and Paige will kill me and if I don’t to see this friend they will think I don’t like them what am I going to do” Phoebe looked up at Dan to see that he was trying not to laugh “ its not funny” “ yes it is your friend called last night when you went to bed I answered the phone and she told me I told her about dinner at your sisters and she said that it would be ok for you to miss dinner with them but meet her later for drinks”.” What would I do with out you” said Phoebe looking up at Dan smiling, “ be in a lot of trouble”.

Piper Halliwell walked through the lounge room into the kitchen were she found her sister and son. Phoebe hopped into her car and turned the ignition on her car came to life along with her radio which was blaring Dan must have had a CD in it earlier. She turned it down and started singing along to the song that was on the radio. Half way to her sisters house there was a road block cars every were no one was going any were for a good few hours. Piper walked around the house it was a beautiful day but with the car jam there was no were to go they could not get out of the street it was that jammed. Although the children in the street did not mind they were playing all sorts of games along in the road with no worry of cars speeding down it. Two hours later the door bell rang Dan went to open it seeing he had not gone back to Matt’s he did not feel like it. Later that day Piper and Paige were sitting on the grass out the front of the halliwell manor Wyatt was playing with one of the little girls in the baby pool Leo had got him for Christmas last year although when Leo go it he was only a baby.
