Absolutely love the haircut. I had planned on getting it cut like that before she did it, but I could never explain how I wanted it to look. Now I can take her picture with me and get it just like that.

I like how Phoebe has changed over the years on the show. In the beginning you could definately tell she was "that girl from Who's the Boss" but now she has really grown up. Her tattos are awsome and the nose ring is subtle...she shows a lot of skin a lot of the time but hey if you had a body like that and endless wardrobe possibilities...wouldn't you?

I completely agree with you zenmama. She has definitely grown up from the little girl from Who's The Boss. You could even see it the last season of the show...she's always constantly changing her style and I admire her for that. She does what she wants without thinking what other people think.
