What I don't get is that the writers brought Sam into Paige's life only to take him away from her again. They only met in one episode and then after that there is no mention of him again afterwards. Wouldn't Paige wanted to spend more time with her birth father after she just found him? Especially since her birth mother and adoptive parents are both dead. Even if they couldn't get the actor who plays Sam to come back for another episode that could have at least made references that he and Paige spent more time with each other after their first meeting.
For instance in the next episode, Phoebe could of asked, "Morning, where's Paige?" and Piper could have responded with "Her and Sam are having some father/daughter bonding time." At least that small bit of a reference would let us fans know that they didn't just bring Sam back to fill up an episode.

that or they could change the actor...which we would live with...i as well would like them to bring Sam back because it would really bring another side of Paige around yknow? besides in my fanfic series the two are extremely close and she even names her son for him (also since i don't know her adoptive parents names...though i could make them up....whatever...stop rambling woman...ok sorry...

Sam needs to get involed with Paige. I mean Paige has her sisters but she needs a parent too. Poor Paige, I feel bad for her. At least Piper and Pheobe have their dad....
