and to post pictures, all you have to do is this:
in my explanation "{" = "[" and "}" = "]" okay?
you know where up above where you post you can pick the "G" with the green glow around it to get glowing letters? the icon up there right below the S looks look a picture frame right? well click on that and you will get {img}URL{/img} (or something that looks similiar to it look above in this post to see my translation of using "{" for "[". Well, where it has the "URL", click on inbetween there and paste the copied URL that you have of a picture and then post and your picture should appear.
I'll wait to see it I got this right, I'm sure I did, but I'll wait just the same.
