I am an avid collector of smilies, aka emoticons. I have well over 1000 smilies on my server with TONS of bandwidth to share with my friends. Kat, I would be glad to share as many smilies as you would like to add to your board. I will even host them for you if you do not have enough bandwidth to do so yourself. If you would need help to add them to the board, I would need to have administrative access to the board controls. Then I could add any smilies that you would like to have on your board. After I am finished, you could remove my administartive access. Tomorrow I will arange a file for you to download that contains copies of all my smilies. Then you could look through them and let me know which one's you want.  --DARK |

Ok. Before I do anything, I want to send you a copy of the smilies that I have currently. There are a TON of them, but I would only want to add the one's that you would like. Or if you like, I could just add all the cute and cool one's that I believe you all may like. Just let me know how you want it done Kat and it will be so. Ok, I found out how to add different smilies but it appears that this board only allows 18 smilies and does not permit for more to be added.
I can change the current one's to more colorful and exciting one's if you like?
Is it possible for you to e mail the tech support for this board and ask them if more than 18 can be added?
I will wait for your response.

Thanks Dark.... anything you think would look fine, would be fine with me ;D When I looked at the functions a few weeks ago, I noticed that it seemed the same as well as though I wouldn't be able to add more then 18 as you said, but I didn't have a chance to contact the proboards people to see what to do, because I wasn't really sure how to phrase what I needed to ask them or how to ask them what I wanted to do exactly.... do you have any suggestions on how I could approach them? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated....

I went to the "Lair" and saw all the great smilies..... They're awesome!! You know how us women are though..... we can never make up our minds! ;D ;D ;D At this point, I guess just do like I said and I'll let you work your magic to whatever you think looks best until I can get ahold of the proboards peoples and ask them about expanding or telling me how to add more smilies.... Another thing I was thinking about that maybe you could help me with is I was thinking about starting a webpage myself through www.freewebs.com , but I wouldn't know how to link this message board to it  I figure I could have a better range of diverse items in which everyone could look at as well as comment on, but I'm not sure how to go about it..... shele and I have been talking about this for about a month or so.... what do you think? How would I go about it? |

I have a board located at kitsplayhouse.proboards20.com/index.cgiI would like to add more custom emoticons to my board. I notice there is only room for 17 emoticon's. Is there a way for more to be added? Thank you for any help you can provide. |

Well, I replaced the current smilies that you had with similar one's that I had that I thought looked a little better.
Sad, happy, surprised, confused, etc...
I sure would like to hear from the tech support so I could know why they only allow such a small amount of smilies with room for no more. I have seen boards exactly like this one that have a space just to the left of the message box that would say "More smilies here" Then you would click on the button and it would take you to a seperate page that contained more smilies.
Anyway, let me know how you all like them and if you want any of them replaced.
