Formerly known as Dr. Raines (and, for a time, Dr. William), William Raines is a long-time Centre staffer and the brains behind the testing that created Jarod, Angelo and countless other individuals who were less fortunate than either. Raines is a man of unknown depth, passion and brutality. The doctor who delivered Miss Parker and Mr. Lyle, Raines is a big player at the Centre, but also vulnerable to Triumvirate machinations. He has had several attempts made on his life. |
